What does a dyslexic, agnostic, insomniac do at night?
He lays awake, wondering if there really is a dog.
Ah, a little Thursday morning humor to start your day.
As a reminder, today at 2:00 PM, I’m doing a live training titled “The Blueprint For Selling Professional Services.” I’ll be teaching the very best way to attract A-list prospects, get them to book appointments, and then close the sale. If it interests you, you reserve your spot here:

So what why did I start today’s email with a riddle?
To make the point that whenever you’re doing a one-to-many sales presentation of any kind, you want to be entertaining.
That doesn’t mean trying to tell jokes like your next coming of Lenny Bruce, but you should add in some humor.
One of the easiest ways to make your audience laugh is to use humorous images on your slides. You get credit for making your audience laugh even though your slides did the heavy lifting.
The guy says, “But I teach excellent stuff in my presentations. Isn’t that enough?”
It is unless you want to sell something.
Hey, who makes more money teachers or entertainers?
There is science behind why making people laugh makes them more receptive to your message, but just take Dr. Dee’s word for it. Add some humor to your presentations, and your results will improve.
Kick butt, make mucho DEEnero!
Dave “Mr. Entertainment” Dee
P.S. The webinar today is only valuable for you if you’re a financial advisor, healthcare professional, attorney, CPA, consultant – or any professional services provider who sells via consultation. If that’s you, the training is perfecto for you.
