During Lent, I’m reading the book “40 Days With The Holy Spirit by Jack Levison. The book contains a short reading from the Bible, followed by the author’s take on the passage and prayer. You are then asked to reflect on it all.
Here is part of the prayer on page 65:
Holy Spirit make me timely, essential, and relevant.
Not relevant for its own sake-but substantial
Not optional – but essential
Not trendy – but timely
My reflection that I wrote down was that this should be part of my business mission statement.
Regardless of someone’s spiritual beliefs, shouldn’t we all strive to be essential, relevant, inspired, and timely not trendy?
Let’s make this week amazing.
Kick butt, make mucho DEEnero!
