A word-for-word tricky close

Gather ’round the campfire boys and girls. Dr. Dee is going to lay on you his super-effective closing script.

Okay, so let’s talk about how to close.

There are dozens of books written about closing the sale. Almost every sales trainer talks more about closing than any other aspect of the sale. While closing is obviously essential, it should be a natural part of your presentation and not an event.

If you:

  1. Are meeting with the right prospect who is predisposed to buy from you.
  2. Have developed rapport, so the prospect likes you and trusts you.
  3. Have discovered what the prospect really wants.
  4. Have demonstrated how you can help them achieve what they desire, then…

You don’t need to use manipulative, arm-twisting closes to get your prospect to buy.

“So what do you think?

Now lest you think I’m joking, I’m not. I close sales between $15,000 and $50,000 in one phone call with that exact “script.”

Again, the reasons that ultra non-salesy close works are because of everything I’ve done to set up the sale before prospects ever meet with me, and everything I do during the consultation before I close the sale.
