It’s a rainy, cold night here in Nashville, and I’m happy to be going home tomorrow morning,
Earlier today, I did a four-hour live online launch with my good friend Robin Robins to sell her Technology Marketing Toolkit.
Yes, it was a highly successful sales day, but that’s not what I want to talk to you about. Instead, I want to ask you a question that might upset you a bit.
During our broadcast today, I was taken aback by the utter passion Robin has for her members. She cares so deeply about helping them succeed that it oozes for her every pore. Yes, she wants to make money, and she does in droves, but her driving force is to help people succeed.
At the end of our broadcast, I asked her what she would say to someone who was sitting on the fence about buying. I sat next to her with my mouth agape as she let loose with a fiery passion I had never encountered in all my years as a marketer. She said some things that I wouldn’t dream of saying, things that almost everyone would tell you you shouldn’t say. But, Robin was not using her words as a sales technique. No. She was speaking from her heart.
So, let me ask you a question.
Do you feel that strongly about what you sell? Do you believe with every fiber of your being that your service is something that your prospects must-have? Do you care that much about the people you serve?
Listen, there is no sales technique, script, system, or “funnel” that will increase your sales more than the passion you feel about your service and about helping your client.
So, my friend, what is your passion level?
Kick butt, make mucho DEEnero!
