I just came back from my annual physical. I go to a concierge doctor, so there is no waiting. I check-in, and the doctor sees me. You’ve got to love that.
Years ago, my doctor made the switch from seeing as many patients as he could to having a select group of patients pay a “membership fee,” so he could spend more time with each patient, give better service, and make more DEEnero. He told me he would never have it any other way.
My words of wisdom for you today are not about switching your business to a “concierge format,” although that might not be a bad idea, it’s simply to add another level of service to what you do. There is always a percentage of your clients who will buy the deluxe version of what you’re selling instead of the basic version.
Can you create a “slack adjuster” product or service that you don’t expect to sell a lot of but, when you do, it’s time to break out the Cristal?
This simple, little idea could put mucho DEEnero in your pocket.
