Did you read about how the Pope slapped a woman’s hand who had grabbed him and wouldn’t let go? You can read the story here.
Even the Pontiff loses his patience at times, and you know what? I don’t think he was wrong. There have to be boundaries, and when those boundaries are crossed, something needs to be done.
The saying, “The customer is always right,” is wrong. Sometimes the customer is an ass, and either needs to be “fired” or sternly told to change their behavior.
As we start the new year, think about your clients, and even your employees. Do some of them cause you grief? If so, either talk to them about their behavior or, in extreme cases, let them go. Yes, even if they essential to your business. Nature abhors a vacuum, and you’ll replace that person.
Kick butt, make mucho DEEnero!
