There was a retired dentist who traveled around the country, wherever it was warm, who made more money than he did when he was practicing. He did it by contacting other dentists with this offer:
“Give me access to a list of patients who no longer come to see you. I will pay for the marketing to recontact them, and we will split the revenue I generate.”
