Jabbed, poked, and prodded

Happy Friday, Kemosabe!

I’m going to be brief because I want to go out to dinner with my gorgeous wife.

Earlier today I had my yearly physical. It’s always a good time. I had my blood drawn, a shot, and was poked and prodded for an hour. Yeah, baby!

In the end, your fearless leader is as fit as a fiddle. I thought so before I went, but it’s always good to get your vitals taken.

It’s the same with your business. There are vital stats you need to be on top of. Cost per lead, cost per sale, lifetime customer value, closing percentage are numbers that fall into that category.

I suck at the numbers stuff, but that doesn’t make ’em less critical. That’s why I have someone else track that for me, and let me know what’s going on.

When’s the last time you checked your businesses vital stats? If it hasn’t been for a while, put it on your “most important tasks” list for next week.

Time for me to go on my hot date.

Have a stupendous weekend.
