Irish Whiskey is smoooooth

I had a great time yesterday doing a full-day training for Inner Sanctum VIP, Dan Cuprill’s financial advisor’s coaching group.

After that, I went out to dinner with my great friend, Mike “The Jewel” Stodola, and he introduced me to the pleasures of Irish Whiskey. Damn, that is some smooth stuff – a bit, um too smooth, if you know what I mean.

One of the many things I taught at Cuprill’s meeting was how to fill your calendar with A-list prospects using one-to-many selling and that a key to delivering a compelling presentation that closes, is to follow my system. 

By having systems for everything you do in your business, your business can run as smoothly as fine Irish Whiskey. (See what I did there?)

In his book, Clockwork, author Mike Michalowicz, teaches a fantastic way to document your systems so you can explain it to other people on your team. He recommends you record yourself doing the task. It could be a simple screen recording or a video you make with your iPhone. He says that this is a much more efficient and effective way to document your systems as opposed to trying to write everything down. Brilliant!
