One of my “secrets” for closing high-ticket sales is the energy I project. No, this is not woo-woo metaphysical nonsense, it’s reality.
Selling is in great part a transfer of energy. The more positive energy you project about your product or service, the more sales you’ll close.
But here’s the rub, young Hamlet.
It is impossible to project positive, confident, powerful energy if you feel like crap.
Most of us sit behind our computers all day. Sure, we get up and walk around every now and then, but we don’t truly engage our physiology in a meaningful way. As a result, our energy gets depleted and our sales suffer.
That’s a FACT.
Fortunately, the solution is simple.
MOVE and BREATH.
Take periodic breaks to do brief exercise routines. I’m not talking about working up a full sweat. Just do 10 minutes of yoga, Qigong, or some breathing exercises.

I’m telling you, if you keep energized throughout the day, you will close more sales.
Try it for a week. You might just amaze yourself.
