Earlier today, I did a coaching call for my Inner Sanctum VIP members, and got this excellent question:
“I love your daily e-mails and the mix from personal stories about the family and your life through to advice and rants to more sales focused and reminders about offers. Familiarity, frequency and sharing all build confidence. My question is how far in advance do you write them and do you have a schedule of topics?”
I’d like to tell you that I have a master marketing calendar and everything is planned out but, alas, I cannot tell you that. That would take a lot of work!
No, the emails that I write, like this one, are done on the spot and then sent out. It takes me about 15 minutes to crank out one of these bad boys.
Now, what I do know in advance is what I will be selling in my email. Just as with creating any sales presentation, I begin with the end in mind.
For example, for the next few days, I’ll be promoting the Dave Dee Inner Sanctum VIP program because the deadline to receive the next Masterclass is quickly approaching. Therefore, all of my emails will tie in a pitch for that specific thing.
Whenever you are creating a presentation to sell anything, you MUST always start with your offer. I typically create the order form before anything else. How can I create a presentation that sells a product or service if I don’t know specifically what it is I’m selling?
But I digress.
After I determine what I’m going to offer in my email, I usually come up with the subject line and then start writing. Often I don’t know how my email is going to tie into the offer before I start writing it but, in the end, it all comes together.
As I mentioned, the deadline for getting this month’s Masterclass, the done-for-you sales campaign of the month, and all of other money producing benefits you receive as a Dave Dee Inner Sanctum VIP is upon us.
Don’t wait. Get started now so you can go through the dynamite bonuses before the Masterclass is released. Get your VIP on here:
