Leads stuck in limbo.
They’ve shown interest. They’ve opted in for your free report. Maybe they even attended your webinar.
But they haven’t taken the next step.

Here’s the thing—your best prospects don’t sit around thinking, “Wow, I really hope [Your Name] follows up with me.”
They’re busy. Distracted. And if you don’t guide them to the next step, they’re not going to magically book an appointment on their own.
That’s where a 48-hour follow-up sequence comes in.
Here’s one simple way to get more leads to book appointments:
Right after someone signs up for your lead magnet (or webinar, or whatever), send an email with this:
- A quick, compelling reason to book an appointment NOW.
- A clear link to schedule with you.
- A reminder of what happens if they don’t take action (missed opportunity, problem unsolved).
Then, send a follow-up email the next day. And another the day after that.
Most people stop after one email. Big mistake.
Because just like I’m refreshing my email, waiting for the boarding announcement—your leads need those nudges to take the next step.
Otherwise? They stay stuck in limbo… and move on.
