After five incredible weeks in Thailand, I’m officially back in the States. Right now, I’m in Los Angeles, catching up with my son and preparing to do a webinar with my Private Client, Michael Rozbruch.
And as I was reviewing the webinar slides, it hit me:
Even though I’ve been traveling across the globe, my business didn’t stop. Why? Because I’ve built a system that generates high-quality leads and turns them into appointments without me having to be present every second of the day.
One of the biggest drivers of that system? Automated webinars.
Most professional service providers rely on 1:1 selling. They take each lead, nurture them manually, and hope for the best. But what if instead of spending all your time chasing prospects, you could educate, qualify, and warm them up before you ever spoke to them?
That’s what a properly structured webinar does. And here’s the key: It doesn’t have to be live every time.
Now, don’t get me wrong—live webinars are powerful. But a great automated webinar is like having a 24/7 sales machine working for you.
Here’s a simple tip to make your automated webinar more effective:
At the end of your webinar, don’t just say, “Schedule a consultation.” Instead, give a clear, compelling reason to book now. For example:
“Right now, I’m offering a free 15-minute strategy session where I’ll personally walk you through XYZ. These slots fill up fast, so if you’re serious about [desired outcome], grab a time before they’re gone.”
A simple tweak like this can massively boost your conversions.
If you’re still relying on manual, one-to-one selling for every new prospect, it’s time to shift. The right system does the heavy lifting for you—so you can focus on working with clients, not chasing them.
Kick butt, make mucho DEEnero!
