Wallpaper madness

As I write this email, The Wallpaper lady is working her magic inside our home.

We waited over two months for her because she was booked solid, and her price was over $1,500 more than other bids Kalia received.

Why did my wife choose her?

  1. She came to our house and developed a rapport with Kalia.
  2. She told her impressive origin story.
  3. She provided social proof by mentioning high-end clients she’d done work for.
  4. She showed zero neediness and didn’t blink when she quoted her price.
  5. She used real scarcity.

As it turns out, she is excellent at what she does, and we’re happy we hired her.

But that was NOT her competitive advantage; everything I mentioned above was what set her apart from the rest.
