The “Lazy” Way To Land More Quality Consultations

You know what’s easier than trying to figure out the latest marketing gimmick or dropping a ton of DEEnero on ads?

Following up with warm leads—the ones already interested in what you’ve got.

I call it “lazy” because it doesn’t take much effort and can deliver faster results than any fancy-pants strategy you’ve been considering. Plus, you’ve already done the hard work of attracting these people. Now it’s time to cash in on it.

Here’s what to do (and yes, you can start this today):

  1. Channel your inner Sherlock: Dig up the warm leads from the last 30 days. Look for anyone who showed any interest—downloaded something, attended a webinar, or ghosted after a consultation.
  2. Send a quick note (no essay required): Something like…“Hey [First Name], remember that chat we had about [their problem]? I’ve been thinking about you and have some ideas that could help. Want to hop on a quick call and go over them?”

No pressure, no weird sales vibes, just a casual reminder that you’re here to help.

  3. Wait for the magic: Your prospects are busy. Life’s a circus. Chances are, they just need that little nudge to realize they still need your help. And voila—more consultations roll in.

It’s not rocket science, but it works like magic. Plus, it’s way more fun than figuring out how to hack the algorithm or become a social media celebrity. (Leave that to the influencers with too much time on their hands.)

Go ahead, be “lazy,” and watch those consultations fill up.

Kick butt, make mucho DEEnero!
