Convincing anyone about anything sucks.
Selling is NOT about convincing people to buy your product or service.
If you’re meeting prospects, you need to “convince” to invest with you; you have a gaping hole in your sales process. Until you fix it, you will continue to be frustrated and not make the DEEnero you want.
I only want to talk to prospects who are in pain and have a problem they must solve now and that I’m the guy to help them. Naturally, not everyone in that scenario will buy from me, and that’s okay.
After we talk, I might discover I don’t want to work with that prospect, or the prospect decides they don’t want my help, but I’m not wasting my time trying to convince prospects that they need to solve their problem and work with me.
