Woo-hoo! Today we complete the series about how to generate high-quality appointments with prospective clients in a systematic way.

So far, we’ve covered the following:

Step #1: Identify precisely who your target market is and what piece of information they would love to get access to.

Step #2: Create a simple, dedicated landing page offering the information in exchange for their name and email address.

Step #3: Deliver the information in an easy-to-consume format.

Step #4: Drive traffic to a landing page.

Step #5: Follow up with all leads with an email with a personal feel.

Step #6: Send at least one infotaining email per week to your prospects.

Step #7: Do a live webinar once a month on a topic that would benefit your prospective clients.

 

There is no better strategy for turning unconverted leads into appointments than marketing one-to-many, whether with webinars or in-person presentations. NONE.

Webinars and seminars are also excellent lead-generation magnets. Keep in mind that your cost per lead will be higher, but the quality of your leads tends to be better, and we’re looking for quality over quantity.

The secret to getting registrants is to select topics your ideal prospects are interested in. Best if you make the topic unique and different from what everyone in your industry uses.

The secret to converting webinar or seminar attendees into appointments is getting the audience to like you, know you, and trust that you’re an expert at getting the desired results.

While teaching quality content is important, it’s just one element of an effective presentation. Future pacing, your origin story, your closing sequence, and how you deliver your presentation are all mission-critical to your success.

Yes, getting good at one-to-many presentations takes work, but the rewards are great.

Here’s the thing about The System I’ve shared: Each step integrates beautifully. That synergy translates into better results over time until you have a perpetual appointment booking machine in your business.
