The 733% Leap

Last week, I sat around a table with men I’ve known for 15 years.

It’s a private mastermind of tight-knit, high-caliber, successful men who are all quality human beings..

We meet a few times a year to go deep on life, business, relationships, health, and the stuff most people avoid talking about.

As each of us took our turn in the hot seat, even though the challenges were different and the revenue levels ranged wildly, everyone had different systems for running their businesses and lives.

And it reminded me of the year I grew my struggling entertainment business by 733%.

It’s when I developed systems for everything, including handling calls with serious prospects, closing sales, delivering my service, and maximizing the value of every client.

That one shift in structure changed my business, and it’s still the foundation of how I operate today.

Actionable tip:

Take five minutes and write down your current system for attracting and converting high-quality clients.

Not vague tactics. A real, repeatable process.

If you can’t describe it clearly, or it changes every month, or it looks more like a grab bag of random tactics than a flow, then you don’t have a system. You have a collection of ideas pretending.

And that’s why things feel harder than they should.
