This will make some marketers wince, but…
I’ve invested exactly zero dollars in lead generation marketing over the past two years.
I’m not saying that’s a recipe for success you should follow.
It’s just a fact.
I’ve made all my DEEnero from working with leads I already have.
To be fair, I post quite a bit on Facebook and people search for me, so I’m getting organic leads, but I’ve spent all my time and energy on converting leads I already have into my workshops.
I’ll tell you that it’s far easier and more profitable to convert leads I already have into buyers than it is to generate more leads.
Again, I’m not suggesting that you don’t invest in lead generation. We’ll do that in the near future, for sure.
But, if you already have a leads list, I want you to consider investing more time and DEEnero converting leads you already have into clients.
Very few people follow up with leads for a long enough period of time. And even fewer people do so in a planned, consistent way. And even LESS follow up with infotaining marketing.
