I Kinda Forgot I Live In Paradise

Mi familia is soaking up Marco Island like it’s their last chance at sunshine.

Fresh seafood. Beach walks. Sunsets that belong on a postcard.

And me?

I almost forgot how good I’ve got it.

It’s easy to do when you live somewhere like this. You get used to the ocean breeze, the sound of waves, and having access to freshly caught grouper any night of the week.

When you’re surrounded by beauty every day, it can start to feel… normal.

And that’s the point of today’s message:

You’re probably taking something for granted in your business, too.

Especially when it comes to how you present yourself before a consultation.

Maybe you’ve done dozens (or hundreds) of calls. You’ve got the flow down. You know your stuff. You know you can help the right people.

But your prospect?

It’s their first time. And they don’t know any of that.

They don’t know your depth of expertise.

They don’t know the results you’ve helped others get.

They don’t know why they should listen to you over the other ten people in their inbox.

If you take that trust-building for granted and assume they “get it” already, you’ll lose deals you should be closing.

Today’s tip:

Before every consultation, make sure you remind prospects—through your messaging, materials, and even the way the call is set up—why you’re the expert they can trust. Never assume they already know.
