I Hate Having To Do This!

I hear that a lot from professional service providers.

They’re referring to selling.

I did a full-day sales training for one of my client’s members and asked how many people found selling distasteful and disliked it.

Not surprisingly, more than half of the hands went up.

I then asked how many people loved selling.

There were far fewer hands when up, but not surprisingly, those folks were my client’s most successful members.

Coincidence?

Methinks not.

The truth is the better you get at turning leads into clients, the more DEEnero you will make.

Get REALLY good at it, and you do it with less effort.

She said she finally understood professional selling, which completely changed her mindset.

Master it; you can raise your prices and make DEEnero while working less.

One of the biggest compliments I got after my training was from a woman who raised her hand earlier in the day to indicate she hated selling.

She understood that selling is not about twisting prospects’ arms and using “hardcore” strategies to convince them to work with you.

It’s about finding out what problems your prospects have and presenting your solution to them so they say “yes” to you and you can get them the desired results.
