Kalia is planning our year-end dinner for my Elite Mastermind members. As a foodie, I want to make this spectacular.
Keep in mind that we’ll be bringing 20-25 dinners for a high-end dinner.
The first restaurant she contacted told her that they don’t accept reservations for that large of a party.
The second restaurant took days to return her call and then did so on a Saturday night. We were out, and when Kalia mentioned that fact, the person condescendingly told her, “Well, we are in the restaurant business, you know.”
I’d guess that the owners of both of the restaurants would be appalled, but maybe not.
When was the last time you checked that your “sales prevention” department was permanently closed?
