Mr. Yoga Man thought he was is in pretty good shape but my legs are a bit stiff from what Karen and I did yesterday.

We walked the Alemannic portico that leads to the Sanctuary of St. Luca. Although it’s only half a mile long, it’s half a mile straight up. Of course, to show off for the Mrs, your fearless leader thought it would be a good idea to run up the steps.

We made it and man oh man, was it worth it! The view was spectacular and the church was breathtaking. Here are a few pictures:

I was reminded that anything that’s worthwhile in business and life is going to take some effort to achieve. Heck, maybe even some struggle. But those of us who are willing to pay the price can reap tremendous rewards.Additionally, we need to remember to enjoy the journey along the way and not falsely believe that we will only find happiness when we reach the top.
