Recently, I bought a fancy espresso machine.
It sure did look nice sitting at the counter in the coffee area of our new home.
What “it’ wasn’t doing was making me cups of warm and delicious espresso.
Why?
Because I kept putting off learning how to use the damn thing.
I read the instruction manual and watched countless YouTube videos but never pulled the trigger and used it.
Last week, my wife Kalia insisted I get some beans and try it out.
Surprise, surprise…while there was a learning curve, it was easier than I thought it would be. Making espresso is now becoming second nature.
Often in business, we decide we get excited about a new strategy and do lots of research to find the “perfect” solution, but we never get around to implementing it. This pattern then repeats itself, and we feel overwhelmed and stuck.

P.S. I’m doing a new online workshop in a couple of weeks where I’m giving everyone who attends my new 7-figure PowerPoint template and walking them through filling it out so they have a presentation that sells.
The cost? Zero.
The catch? There are only 150 spots available.
