Why were some people crying in the back of the room earlier today when I was speaking?
I took the audience through a very emotional exercise about connecting with their prospects on deep level.
I have the participants actually become their prospects and feel what they feel, think what they think and experience the pain, frustration, etc. their prospects feel.
By doing this, they can really create emotional direct response marketing and create sales presentations that speak directly to their prospects emotions and not just their intellect.
When you truly understand your prospect and what they want and desire, closing the sale becomes infinitely easier for two reasons:
- Your prospect will understand that you truly understand them and what they are going through. This builds a tremendous amount of rapport and trust.
- You can craft an offer that so closely matches what your prospect really wants that it becomes irresistible.
Or, of course, you can learn a bunch of arm-twisting, canned closes and foist those on your prospect instead, if you’re into that kind of things.
People were crying because they really made an emotional connection.
By the way, if you want to sell a lot, you need to make an emotional connection with your audience whether it’s in person, through a webinar, a video and, yes, even email.
Speaking of email, I’m putting together a training where I’m going to reveal my DEEmail method of selling your products or services like magic via simple emails. I’m on the road a lot over the next couple of weeks but I am going to find time to do it. It’s important because email is a nearly free way to get an instant profit boost or even an avalanche of sales.
Stay tuned, my friend. Stay tuned.
Kick butt, make mucho DEEnero!
