A solution to a severe problem

During my mastermind meeting, we discussed a problem many people were experiencing: finding high-quality people to work for them.

I took it for granted because our team is 100% outsourced and works their asses off for us. For example, we had a severe problem come up on a Saturday night. Jessica and Neddie, two of our outsourced customer service specialists, dropped what they were doing and worked until 1:00 AM to resolve the issue. Heck, they acted like it was their business.

I wish I could take credit for finding, training, and getting the best out of outsourced talent, but the truth is my wife Karen does all of that. Of course, because she is a master of it, she doesn’t think it’s a big deal, but you and I know how crucial that is.

In the November Inner Sanctum VIP masterclass, I grill Karen about precisely what she does to attract top-notch talent and inspire them to work with us at an unprecedented level. You should know that our entire outsourced team goes above and beyond for us. The strategy for making that happen is not what you think it is. Heck, it wasn’t what I thought it was until Karen laid it out for me!

A unique twist part of the Masterclass is that we asked our outsourced team members to tell us why they work so damn hard for us. Their answers surprised us and held the key to making your employees or outsourced talent perform at their highest levels.

If you have a real business, then November’s Masterclass, which is exclusively for Inner Sanctum VIPs, will pay for a lifetime of membership dues.
