A couple of weeks ago, Karen took me to see the remake of Pet Sematary. It was okay and much better than the other horror movie, and I use the term “horror” lightly, that all the critics love Us.
The plot is if you bury a pet in this cemetery, it comes back to life but in an evil way. Well, a dad buries his daughter there, and all hell breaks loose. Pun intended.
The question for you, young squire, is there anything you need to revive in your business?
Is there an ad or marketing campaign that was kicking booty awhile ago that you either stopped using because you got bored of it, or maybe its effectiveness was dwindling? It might be time to bring it back to life.
How about an offer that killed for you that you haven’t used in a while? Methinks you should resuscitate that bad boy send that offer out again.
What about a one-to-many sales presentation that rocked and that you haven’t done for some time? Raise it from the dead and watch the profits start rolling in.
How did you generate new customers, clients, or patients when you first started your business? Dig those tactics up from the grave, and start using them again.
We all must be careful of the shiny object syndrome. Sometimes it’s better to use what worked in the past.
Take one of the ideas from this email and implement it. I bet the results are frighteningly good.
