If you have a kids, you know the subject line references the show Dora the Explorer. Although my kids have long outgrown Dora, that tune still rings in my head on occasion.
Like most great songs, :), it has a memorable hook. Granted, the Dora tune is all hook because, well, there is only one line of lyrics. The point is, once it gets inside your head, it is difficult to forget.
As I continue writing the scripts for the GKIC fall launch, I need to come up with the central hook or big idea. This big idea will be the thread that weaves it’s way through the entire narrative and is the main thing I want to get stuck inside the minds of the viewers.
In fact, I want it to haunt them. I want them to not be able to stop thinking about it.
The next time you create a sales presentation whether it’s for a meeting, workshop, seminar or webcast, think about what the big idea, the hook is you want to plant inside your prospect’s minds.
Tomorrow, I will give you a simple and powerful way for doing just that.
Kick butt, make mucho DEEnero!

P.S. Later today, I’m going to be sending you another email with an invitation to watch a live presentation I’m doing that you’ll enjoy and benefit from. Keep your eyes peeled.
P.S. #2. Here is my favorite comedian, Brian Regan, doing a one minute and thirty second hilarious riff on Dora. Enjoy.
