Pump it up

I’m jamming to Elvis Costello to block out the insipid music Delta plays. Good God, it’s awful.

Although Elvis was singing about something else, his lyrics, “Pump it up when you don’t really need it,” have meaning for entrepreneurs who want to grow their businesses despite who turns out to be el Presidente and in any economic climate.

During difficult economic times, many business owners cut their marketing budget, which is the opposite of what to do. It’s time to “pump it up.”

“Bad” times give us a golden opportunity to gain, as legendary Jay Abraham says, “preeminence.” And if you want to make more and learn less without adding members to your team, you must be preeminent.

You have many advantages when your target market perceives you as the go-to provider of your service. You can charge higher fees, have less fee resistance, pick and choose who you want to work with, dictate how clients work with you, and more.

During my new online three-day event in October, not only will you discover how to generate high-quality leads and get them to schedule appointments (Supreme Lead Machine), but we will also take a deep dive into specific strategies for your market to recognize you as the preeminent provider of your service. This is advanced stuff that, if implemented, will help you experience a quantum leap in your business.

The online event will be a small group training. To get details before officially releasing them, email me at dave@davedee.com with the subject “SLM October.” Everyone on the early announcement list will get details on Monday.

The deadline to get on that list is tomorrow.
