  • Lead to appointment.
  • When a prospect responds to an email.
  • After a prospect schedules an appointment.
  • After a prospect becomes a client.
  • After you meet with a prospect, they don’t become a client.

These systems don’t need to be complicated. For example, my follow-up system immediately after some requests a lead magnet is two simple, but highly strategic, emails. Then we have a system when someone responds to the second email.

I understand that these systems aren’t as “exciting” as the newest wiz-bang lead generation methods, but they will increase your profits with little added expense.
