If you’re not positioned as #1 in your market, the bell tolls for thee.

You can no longer be just another booker, baker, or candlestick maker and hope to eke out a good living. (Even today, those types of business owners just create jobs for themselves instead of businesses.)

The good news is that business owners at the top of the mountain will flourish while their competitors melt away like a piece of chocolate in the hot Florida sun.

You already know this, but it bears repeating:

In any economy and during any upheaval, be it technological or something else, there are always people who thrive and make a fortune while everyone around them is scrambling just to survive.

The question is, what are you going to do, change, and become to ensure you’re on the right side of the ledger?
