There is a lot of confusion about generating leads, so let’s start with definitions so we’re on the same page.
Traffic: Getting people interested in your service to visit your website.
Leads: Capturing the contact information of the traffic coming to your website.
Prospects: When a lead sets an appointment with you.
Hiring pros is the way to go if you pay for traffic. Learning the ins and outs of the technical aspects of Facebook, LinkedIn, etc., is time-consuming. You should hire someone so you can focus on what you do best.
I’m not a traffic expert; I’m not your guy if that’s what you think you need.
The truth is that traffic is rarely the problem. Messaging, leads, and converting leads into appointments is where the real problems lie. (Not converting prospects into clients is another matter.)
We’ll tackle messaging tomorrow.
