Today, I’m going to give you 14 ways you can generate online traffic by using offline marketing but before we get into that, I want to sadly report that hockey season is officially over for my Atlanta Thrashers. I went to the last game of the season on Sunday and watched the boys put on another dismal performance. *Sigh*
Okay, time to get down to business…
The simplest and free way to promote your website using offline methods is to put your website details and Unique Selling Proposition on all of your branded materials currently used to market your business. This include things like your:
- Letterhead sheets and envelopes
- Business cards
- Business sales materials such as brochures, sell sheets and flyers
- Newspaper adverts
- Yellow Pages if you use display advertising
- Classified Ads in the local and city newspapers
- Press Releases
- E-mails
- Promotional items
- Answering machine messages
- Signs
- Radio and Television commercials
- Invoices, statements and contracts
- Public relations materials, such as press releases and media kits
So how many of these methods are you currently using to promote your website and which ones are you planning on adding this week?
Next Tuesday, I have blocked off six openings to do complimentary marketing strategy sessions for my subscribers:
You can apply for one here: http://www.davedee.com/strategysessions.htm
To get a shot at one of these strategy sessions you need to be in one of these two categories: someone who owns a service-based business or an information marketing business and wants to increase their profits via online and offline marketing – and possibly have it done for them.
I’m doing these strategy sessions because I really like helping people AND oftentimes I find someone who I can help at a deeper and more profound level and they become a private client.
